By a 5V USB power bank in the bag. You can add our PAAAWS power bank for £15 when you order, and it lasts up to 12 hours. Brighter settings use more power, so the Torch and full brightness run it down faster. Other power banks will vary. Don't charge it overnight or leave it charging unattended.

Keep the LED screen away from water and moisture. Water damage isn't covered by the warranty.

Yes, within 14 days of delivery if it's unused and in its original packaging. Return postage is paid by you. See our policies.

Tell us within 7 days of delivery with a short video. Once we've confirmed a manufacturing fault, we send a replacement and cover the return postage. Every bag has a 3-month warranty.

Some schools don't allow LED bags, so please check your school's rules before you buy.
